PSS Solution Architect Honeywell UAE

Honeywell is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for job role of a PSS Solution Architect. The selected candidate will helps create faster, more seamless, agile, and efficient supply chains, better protect human health, improve worker safety, and help meet sustainability goals by leveraging connectivity, advanced data analytics, software, robotics, sensors, advanced materials and integrated human and automated systems.

Duties of Solution Architect

• Provide pre-sales technical support to customers and assist in the sale of all Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions products and services to meet customer requirements.
• Use broad subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell solutions.
• Provide both external and internal consultations and will help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support and training.
• Foster cross-functional alignment to customer needs.
• Participate in pursuit strategy planning and customer negotiations.
• Full project management responsibility for preparing & presenting necessary technical demonstrations / pilot installations with all associated collateral and documentation, will also recommend best fit product & solution.
• Consult prospective users on product capability.
• Provide valuable input for product development.
• Take leadership in internal and external initiatives to help grow the business.
• Provide senior technical support to META Pre-Sales team (Scan/Print SME).
• Assist with ad-hoc development requirements to convert opportunities where formal Honeywell Engineering support structures fall short.
• Subject Matter Expert knowledge transfer to various identified SME’s for the various solutions.
• Provide an evaluation, support and escalation layer to META Technical team for controlling and supporting issues before escalation.

What You’ll Do More?

• Act as escalation gateway to Engineering for Technical Support, Product Change Requests and Engineering Work Requests and management thereof.
• Develop training plans in alignment with the Pre-Sales Leader, to ensure that Pre-Sales team have the right knowledge to propose and support the Honeywell portfolio at and acquire skills at Honeywell standards.
• Continually stay informed and educated with all knowledge-based skills required to present, explain and implement Honeywell SPS products & solutions.
• Continually build knowledge on competitor products and services and be able to outline the advantages and disadvantages of Honeywell against the competition.
• Continually capture and update the CRM system with Customer Visits, Training Events, Marketing Events, Technical Profile and Projects for opportunities created by the Sales organization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the technical teams at customers and partners, always positioning the company in a competitive and market leading manner, positively influencing sales revenue for the assigned region, while supporting resolution of customer technical issues.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a PSS Solution Architect are as under:

• Graduate majoring in ICT/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering.
• 8+ years AIDC industry experience, Honeywell experience preferred.
