Job Description
Property Manager holds a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the retail assets portfolio within the Properties division. This position involves strategic oversight of asset performance, tenant relationships, and lease negotiations, aimed at maximizing occupancy rates and rental income for GMG’s retail properties. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement leasing strategies that align with GMG’s growth objectives while ensuring adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements. This role demands an individual skilled in asset management, financial forecasting, and strategic planning to ensure the effective operation and profitability of GMG’s retail portfolio.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a similar role
- Required thorough understanding of real estate management, including tenant relations and leasing strategies, combined with expertise in financial administration, to optimize property performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
- A deep knowledge of building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, is crucial for managing facility renovations and repairs.
