Job Purpose of Promotion Venues Manager

To plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and promotional events in specific venues, aiming to boost brand visibility and engage with target audiences effectively.

Job Duties of A Promotion Venues Manager

• Manage the Promoters/Promotional Venues Executives (PVE).
• Planning the man power of stands and PVE`s monthly schedule after discussion with Directors.
• Ensure team performance leads target and quality is as per the agreed standard/target & provide continuous training.
• Ensure that the team is up to date and well briefed with every sales activity such as projects launch, promotions, events, etc…
• Manage stand operations in line with policies.
• Weekly meeting with Director to assess previous week month/ performance, challenges, observations and way forward to enhance delivery.
• Develop, implement, modify and create new ideas to gain more business.
• Ability to handle multiple verticals to ensure coordination and smooth operations between the various departments.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field.

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in promotion stands and leads management.
