Project Specialist Dnata Airline Dubai

Dnata Airline seeking individuals who are passionate about contributing to the future success of dnata Airport Operations. As a Project Specialist, job holder will be activity and will include supporting and/or managing projects across the Passenger and Baggage journeys, as well as the Aircraft Turnaround process.

Responsibilities of Project Specialist

• Responsible for the achievement of the overall sales targets by sourcing, prospecting and acquiring new business, as well as managing existing business to increase revenue.
• Focus on client relationship management and the effective use of the systems to ensure the strict implementation of procedures and the policies of the trade, maintain and improve service standards Liaise with both internal and external clients to audit service quality levels and propose operational changes where necessary to optimise client satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and annual sales reports. Prepare annual / bi-annual business reviews for the client. Prepare responses to RFI?s / RFP?s from clients locally, regionally and globally as required.
• Explore opportunities for regional and global consolidation of MNC?s.
• Review/analyse market trends and give recommendations to line manager. Support all promotions and events organised by dnata Travel Services to ensure sales targets and organisational goals are met.
• Lead sales efforts on supplier portfolio, draft and negotiate proposals and agreements.
• Support and ensure the successful implementation of new customers in the platform.
• Maintain Customer Relationships by visiting customers when required and participate in review meetings to implement ideas on how to increase sales and revenue.

Requirements for Role of Project Specialist

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
• 5+ years practical experience working within airport operations passenger, baggage, or aircraft turnaround/ramp operations.
• Experience in project management, business improvement, or productivity management consultancy, or technology.
• Proven experience in project management, process improvement, analytics, change management, and strategy development.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or change management.

• Ability to quickly grasp new business concepts, understand organizational issues and challenges and understand dependencies across businesses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information.
