Job Purpose of A Project Sales Engineer

To drive sales of technical and engineering solutions, while providing expert support and consultation to clients on project-related products or services.

Job Duties of A Project Sales Manager

• Build partnering relationships and develop long term relationships with customers such as owners, consulting engineers & contractors.
• Scan the market for new Projects.
• Designing & Estimation for projects and recommend improvements.
• Demonstrate & explain product / service to customers so that enhance the customer awareness.
• Prepare concept designs & design basis report with recommendation of suitable AC system with analysis of options including cost benefit analysis.
• Identifying and developing new markets and client opportunities.
• Tracking competitors and their strategies and building on company’s market share in each product.
• Maximizing revenue per client, deal size and revenue.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputable institution.

Experience

•  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC Sales, preferably Gulf.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Should be capable of independently handling all aspects of Specification evaluation, Quantity survey & Estimation of services for large commercial, residential buildings and Towers.
• Must be aware of the international regulations, standards & requirements.
• Must be conversant with the relevant design standards.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Should have Gulf driving license.
• Arab Native preferable.
