Transguard Group presently has a job opening for qualified and experienced candidate for the position of a Project Planner in Abu Dhabi. This job has recently been posted by company’s career page on 26 January 2024 and is now open for all aspiring candidates.

Duties of Project Planner

• Establish and develop master project schedules and reports with Primavera Enterprise program.
• Monitor overall progress of the project, actual vs plan and Forecast to completion.
• Liaise with all concerned Client, Vendors, Subcontractors, discipline engineers, managers to design WBS and utilizing it to develop the project program.
• Liaise with the project manager and other concerned to establish project needs for resources & requirements.
• Formulating, developing operational plans and schedules with assigned project manager or project engineers to meet project objectives.
• Prepare Analysis to project cash flow.
• Prepare Mini Plans, Curves, Histograms, KPI’s & trends analysis.
• Prepare control sheets to measure the project performance.
• Plan detailed work schedule for site execution using Primavera program.
• Monitor and analyze progress, efficiency, consumption of direct materials & equipment utilization.
• Review the impact of deliverable status on the construction schedule and provide concise analysis to Construction.
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organization.
• Breakdown structures (OBS) and work procedures.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Project Planner are as under:

• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical / Electronic or Automation Engineering.
• Certified Expert in Primavera Enterprise program / MS Project.
• 3-5 years of experience as Planning Engineer on Complex O&G projects.
• Experience in MV / LV electrical power distribution projects.

Skills Desired

• Excellent communication skills in English language (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
