Project Manager IFFCO UAE

IFFCO presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Project Manager (Transition) in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible & accountable for ensuring that GBS projects are managed according to defined Governance and Projects Portfolio Management Processes and supporting the end to end process transformation, operating model transformation, engagement transformation and enabling technology transformation. 

Duties of A Project Manager

• Work closely with the to ensure strategic alignment of GBS projects across the group and businesses ensuring portfolio optimization.
• Point of Contact for Transformation Programs, project level decisions and governance.
• Work with functional business sponsors across HR, finance, sales, supply chain, procurement, business managers, program and project managers.
• Facilitate governance process to manage the business case lifecycle (development, approval, monitoring, delivery and post implementation review).
• Balance needs of ongoing processes with the demand of incoming programs/projects based on changing business/functional needs considering resource capacity constraints, risk exposure, and interdependencies.
• Support strategic decision by providing full visibility on any constraints that may affect portfolio planning and execution through regular reporting on the status of the business case and associated projects or programs.
• Recommend process improvements and design robust to-be processes based on your understanding of finance best practices.
• Project manage GBS transition implementation for multi-functional workstreams.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Project manager (Transition) is as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from a reputable university.
• Should have minimum of 5-6 years’experience in the direct management of large, complex real estate projects.
• Advanced Business degree or Project Management qualification beneficial.
• Has external certification in Management of Portfolios (MoP), Management of Value (MoV).

Skills Desired

• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent PC skills in MS Office and a good command of both spoken and written English.
