EDGE Group is actively hiring qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of a Project Manager (Guided Weapon). The selected candidate will be assigned to work at HALCON Company (subsidiary of EDGE Group). Responsibilities of Project Manager (Guided Weapon)

• Ensure the sufficient and profitable execution of all allocated programs and related contracts within the constraints of schedule, budget and scope of work.
• Planning, develop, execute & maintain a project management plan and aggregate project plans for all allocated projects.
• Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and objectives, utilizing resources effectively over the full lifecycle of the contract.
• Support System Engineer and design team in developing the System Engineering Management Plan, TEMP, QAP, CMP.
• Facilitate line management planning to secure appropriate resources.
• Ensure the conformity of program output against contractual requirements, as well as company norms and standards.
• Manage the identification, assessment and mitigation of project risks.
• Report project status to the various Executive and Project Management entities.
• Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers, coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to the knowledge of the office through collaborative exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of Project Manager (Guided Weapon) are as under:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years hands on experience customer and development environment.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Extensive financial knowledge and experience.
• Working knowledge of safety critical development process.
• MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel and Financial Database experience.
