Responsibilities of Project Manager

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach project team members, and provide guidance and support as needed.

Requirements of Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project management or in construction field.
