Michael Page has an opportunity for Project Manager & Admin Specialist to join client who is a privately held investment entity with an international footprint. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of finance and technology projects. Candidate must have experience working for an international consulting firm.

Responsibilities of Project Manager & Admin Specialist

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including closely monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing roadblocks to guarantee successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, allocate resources and proactively manage project risks.
  • Bridge the gap between technical. teams and business needs, fostering clear communication and aligning project goals with company objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and technical teams with scheduling meetings, managing calendars and organising project documentation.
  • Take the lead in coordinating logistics for tech-related events, workshops, travel arrangements and training sessions.

Requirements of Project Manager & Admin Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years professional experience within an international consulting firm.
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within financial services and/or technology sectors.

Skills and Abilities Desired

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
