NAFFCO is currently looking to hire a experienced candidate for the job of  Project Management in Renewable Energy  Solar Panel at Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Project Management

• Develop and execute project plans for renewable energy projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise, ensuring that projects stay on track.
• Manage project budgets and financials, including tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are delivered within allocated budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies and goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any changes.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and community members, to ensure successful project implementation.

Requirements for Role of Project Management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or in a related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
• Experience in managing large-scale renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, or hydroelectric.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project development processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project issues and risks.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
