Project Executive at Beside Group will manage new projects/renovations/relocations and ensure the projects are completed on time, in Budget and in line with the quality standards set by the organization and Brands. This would include coordination with brands, landlords, contractors, consultants etc., preparing drawings, tender packs and BOQs. The role would also require traveling as and when required. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Project Executive

• Management of all projects within set timeline.
• Execution of brand design guidelines.
• Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and manage project budgets.
• Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date throughout any project.
• Communication with Senior management throughout project duration.

Requirements for Role of Project Executive

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or Diploma in the same fields.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar position preferred in retail industry in UAE or GCC.
• Experience of price construction in the local market for all fit out, furniture and fixture related products.
• Experience of preparing bill of quantity and budget planning.
• Driving license is mandatory with personal vehicle.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Photoshop, Google Sketch up and Archi Cad is desirable.
• Advanced Proficiency of MS Office is mandatory.
• Ability to read, understand and adapt Architectural and MEP drawings.
• A network of contractor and suppliers within the local market is preferable.
