Project Coordinator in Fit out at Mohamed Hilal Group in FCQ+P8X, University City, Sharjah, UAE will play a crucial role in ensuring that fitout projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a keen eye for detail. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Project Coordinator

• Coordinate and manage Fitout projects from inception to completion.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Communicate project status updates regularly.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for the project.
• Monitor resource allocation and utilization.
• Address any resource conflicts or shortages.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, reports, and status updates as required.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address client concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements for Role of Project Coordinator

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the fitout or construction industry.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
