Responsibilities of A Project Control Manager

• Develop and maintain the project controls plan and associated procedure.
• Implement and maintain the project schedule, including resource loading, critical path analysis, and progress monitoring.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and prepare financial forecasts.
• Monitor and manage project risks, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely project reporting to stakeholders, including progress updates, cost reports, and risk registers.
• Lead and mentor a team of project controls professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Project Control Manager are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in project controls in the Construction industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience in managing a team of project controls professionals
• Candidates MUST be immediately available.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Construction safety and security requirements and regulations.
