Purpose of A Program Manager

• Develop and optimize operational processes and technology solutions to support growth across local markets.
• Work with local teams to understand operational blockers in achieving KPI’s and engage with central teams to improve overall operational performance.

Job Duties of Program Manager

• Scope and deliver initiatives to track and improve vendor compliance quantified with comprehensive data analysis to measure success.
• Create operational processes to improve in store operations across reliability, assortment & fulfilment ensuring vendors are compliant with adoption and implementation.
• Lead operations & product initiatives responsible for roll out end to end (experiment, GTM and launch) and ensure the right processes and procedures are in place.
• Work closely with local market teams to set operational targets and support teams to achieve through operational and product initiatives.
• Build relationships across local markets and central functions and work closely with Regional Operations Manager to prioritise the local market needs.
• Own, drive and build required reporting infrastructure to support ongoing use, improvement and optimization of core processes.
• Proactively communicate and where needed, create communication cadence at local level to ensure visibility of performance, initiatives and product changes.
• Perform any other job task as assigned by the higher authorities or which may fall within the scope job duties.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5 plus years operational experience in an    ecommerce or food/tech business.
• Experience in operational process and improvements.
• Experience with project management.
