Responsibilities of Production Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support.
• Schedule and assign tasks to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimise waste and downtime.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate and optimise production processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements of Production Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is a plus.
•  1-2 Proven experience in same or in a similar role.
