Job Description
AeroGulf Services is currently looking for dynamic and compassionate candidate for role of a Production Planner. This job was recently posted by AeroGulf Services. Desirous candidates fulfilling under mentioned criteria are encouraged to submit their applications.
Job Duties of Production Planner
- Ensures that company procedure and quality standards are complied with when planning maintenance.
- Liaising with the Part M and Part 145 departments Like Line Base & Shops.
- Works closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure manpower requirement is accurately plan.
- Carrying out other directed duties as discussed with the Director Maintenance.
- Generating Work Order and work packs for Shops.
- Tracking of work package for completion.
- Quality checking of completed work packages.
- Return of the work package to CAMO within the agreed timeframe.
- Drafting of Task Cards from Manuals.
- Liaises with the customer.
- Supports continuous improvement and supports initiatives within the Planning department and the planning process.
Eligible Requirements
The eligibility requirements for the role of Production Planner are as under:
- Must be a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Field. OR
- Person with Module 9 & 10, with previous planning experience or hands on experience of 3 yrs on Bell 412/212.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Must have high computer literacy skills, competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access).
- Must be able to learn Quickly the software used in Maintenance.
- Must possess sound knowledge of CAR Part M and Part 145 in area related to Planning.
- Detail oriented with exceptional time management and multi-tasking ability
- Excellent coordinating and organizational skills
- Must be able to perform well under pressure
- Ability to work independently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, including strong interpersonal skills, teambuilding skills, and the ability to persuade others without creating adversarial relationships.
- Effective communication skills with team and direct supervisor.
