Responsibilities of Product Manager

• Lead on development, launch and management of a contact center services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that increase customer satisfaction and maximize profits, and overseeing the performance of the company’s contact center services.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the company’s outsourcing services.
• Development of new outsourcing services or enhancement of existing ones, depending on market demand and business requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand the current market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Define and direct marketing programs for business development, demand creation, lead generation and maintaining services awareness and communication to external customers and partners for competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, and new markets development, developing propositions to win back churning/churned clients.
• Identify Strategic partnership with relevant technology partners to provide more opportunities and reach new customers.
• Identify emerging market trends and opportunities within the contact center outsourcing industry.
• Develop and maintain Pricing strategies and service offering models.
• Interact with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that their needs are met through the company’s outsourcing services.

What you’ll do

• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
• Monitor the performance of outsourcing services and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Lead a team of professionals. Train and motivate them to deliver high-quality services.
• Responsible for the financial performance, including setting budgets, forecasting and ensuring profitability.
• Ensure that all outsourcing services are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management, to keep them informed about the status of the product.
• Work with the operational teams and do periodic reviews on service levels, experience, operational excellence, etc.

Qualification & Experience of Product Manager

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree business, management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM).
• Minimum of 10 years experience as a Product Manager.
