About the Role

The Product Executive/Specialist in Neurosurgery at Zahrawi Group will be responsible for promoting neurosurgery products and services across healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi. Furthermore, the role involves identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize profits. Moreover, the successful candidate will work closely with hospitals and clinics, providing product demonstrations and technical support to medical professionals in the neurosurgery field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and analyze market trends in the neurosurgery sector
• Establish contact with new customers to inform them about neurosurgery products and understand their clinical needs
• Provide product demonstrations to potential and existing customers, gathering feedback to improve service delivery
• Negotiate contracts and packages with healthcare facilities while ensuring compliance with company regulations
• Coordinate with the Procurement and Logistics team to ensure timely product delivery to customers
• Assist in surgeries by accompanying doctors and nurses, providing support with equipment-related issues in the operating theatre
• Maintain relationships with existing customers by recommending new products and providing ongoing technical support
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure proper invoicing and follow up on collections and payments
• Contribute to the team effort by achieving annual sales targets set by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare field
• Experience related to Neuro, Neuro modulation, Neurosurgery, or Neuro navigation is required
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Candidates must preferably be based in the UAE
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Technical knowledge of neurosurgery equipment and surgical procedures is highly preferred
