Job Description
GMG is actively seeking experienced and qualified individual to take on the role of Product Coordinator in Dubai. Candidate will be responsible to manage timelines and budgets, collaborating with diverse teams, ensuring top-notch quality and troubleshooting hiccups along the way. Responsibilities of Product Coordinator
- Coordinate with suppliers for production status & shipment status.
- To update time & Action Calendar.
- Coordinate with supply chain & logistics for efficient flow of information.
- Post GRN follow up on payments. Update payment tracker.
- To ensure that merchandise deliveries happen on time seamlessly communicated across support functions.
- Sample Management.
- To coordinate & help in consolidation of Trims & packaging material.
- Additional responsibility of coordinating with internal functions of Space Planning & Store.
- Perform any other sales support related duty as assigned by the higher authorities.
Requirements for Role of Product Coordinator
- Bachelor’s Degree on business administration, marketing, project management, or in a related field.
- 4-6 years experience in working with supply chain team of a retailer.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Good with MS Excel & Power Point.
- Additional knowledge of product will be an advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving.
