Producer in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE will be part of Chalhoub Group’s in house commercial photography studio and specifically responsible to plan, coordinate and manage Fashion and Product Photography shoots. Candidate will act as the detail oriented, organizer and partner to the on-set teams, helping the creative teams excel at their jobs, ensuring quality and excellence in execution. Job holder will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining data in their workflow tool, and for booking models and freelancers as required. Experience in a fast past shoot production role is required, ideally in an E-com environment, and a good understanding of Dubai’s creative scene will be beneficial. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Producer

• Work closely with the studio management and product handling team to plan, manage and execute studio shoots for a variety of brands.
• Produce in-studio shoots for Fashion and Product Photography. Making sure all teams are prepped and ready in time for the daily shoots on multiple sets.
• Contribute in pre-production meetings to gather relevant information needed to ensure a smooth shoot day (talent, props, photographer equipment needs, etc)
• Arrange casting and booking of models, HMU and other relevant roles.
• Collect and tidy up data for incoming deliveries, working closely with the product handling team. To ensure a good understanding of stock on hand in the studio.
• Turn high level production schedules into detailed plans and schedules.
• Become the expert on their workflow studio tool that helps to track progress across all sets & deliveries across all studio workflows.
• Help with onboarding new brands into the studio.
• Send out call sheets and communicate any details to talent and contributors.
• Secure necessary model releases and contracts in advance of the assigned shoot.
• Support on set teams with any trouble shooting on the day.
• Promote efficiency and ensure daily goals are met.
• Maintain all relevant delivery and shoot trackers.
• Maintain a catalog of talent/freelance pool.
• Build strong cross functional relationships across the organization, internally and externally.
• Raise Purchase Orders and invoices, and maintain budget tracking.
• Onboard vendors into their database after doing the necessary license checks.
• Nurture a culture of transparency & accountability.

Requirements for Role of Producer

• Bachelor’s degree in film production, theater, music business, or communications.
• 3-5 years experience as Producer.
• Experience in the Fashion/Luxury industry.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Background in Studio/Ecommerce.
