Procurement Data Management Coordinator  NMC Corporate Abu Dhabi

NMC Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Procurement Data Management Coordinator to join their team at NMC Corporate, Alain Tower, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Procurement Data Management Coordinator

• Assist to develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Manage the collection and organize the data for analysis.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data is accurately reflected in reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive improvements in data management processes.
• Identify opportunities to optimize data management processes and assist in implementation of best practices.
• Maintain awareness of new technologies and trends in data management and analytics, and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate.
• Provide assistance to the procurement team by providing required data and other related information as in when required .
• Understanding of data protection and privacy regulations.

Requirements for Role of Procurement Data Management Coordinator

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• 1 year of experience data management, database administration or a similar role, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic would be advantages.
• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.
