Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of Processor Alerts Screening. The role holder is responsible to efficiently analyze and process financial transaction alerts, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and contributing to the bank’s efforts in preventing financial crimes.

Responsibilities of Processor Alerts Screening

• Accurate review of alerts in digital onboarding process.
• Accurate review and analysis prior to recommending action i.e. discounting or escalating to L3 for GCD review
• Ensure GCD Policy guidelines and SOP is follow.
• Complete review and action on transactions as per TAT .
• Remain current and Up to date in terms of changes in Policy and guidelines published by GCD.
• Complete all mandatory trainings and Regulatory training sessions and complete assessments on time.
• Ensure sensitive customer data remains restricted as per Compliance Policy and GISD guidelines.
• Review the cases/alerts assigned by the Supervisor
• Ensure adherence to TAT.
• Ensure that request received meet the standards as per bank policy
• All requests are process and in accordance with operational procedures.
• Advise checker in case of any discrepancy, missing documents etc.
• Attend necessary training and guidance to meet the Operational Process.

What You’ll Do More?

• Verify that all data entered match the request along with supporting documents.
• Ensures productivity & Quality deliverables are met.
• Update Daily MIS and be readily available for Team Leader review
• Report any issues faced to TL for appropriate action.
• Maintain proper time standards, good team spirit and service standards
• Undertake any additional assignments / projects entrusted by the line management and complete them as per requirement.
• Review alerts and take appropriate decision as per SOP and Policy guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to TAT.
• Help the makers understand the error/impact in case of error/ambiguity.
• Maintain a log of errors for trainings.
• Report incidents in GRC on timely basis as per Policy
• Ensures adherence to assigned KPIs.
• Update Daily MIS for analysis and Team Leader/Manager’s review
• Timely reporting/logging of system issues.
• Undertake any additional assignments / projects entrusted by the line management and complete them as per requirement.
• Ensure trainings announced by HR are complete on timely basis
• Ensure process related trainings/refreshers are complete on timely basis.
• Ensure goals set-up and performance reviews are complete on time.
• Ensure ISG guidelines on data security are adhered to and information is shared with intended recipients only.
• Support with preparing detailed BRDs ensuring requirements of all stakeholders in the workflow are adequately documented and signed-off.
• Active and effective participation in UATs to ensure there are no issues post deployment.

Requirements of Processor Alerts Screening

• Diploma or certification in relevant field.
• Total Number of Years: 3 years in Compliance, Account Opening, Maintenance or Customer Due Diligence Role.
