GMG is now urgently hiring qualified and skilled candidates for the role of a Processing Associates in Dubai. The job holder will be responsible to handle customer inquiries and complaints, monitor and optimize production processes, or ensure financial transactions follow strict guidelines. Responsibilities of Processing Associates
- Complete all food production activities as per the Production Procedures and Supervisor instructions.
- Offloading of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials and their storage.
- Loading of goods to Blast Freezer and unloading of frozen products from Blast Freezer, packing of frozen/chilled goods and moving the packed goods to Cold store.
- Portioning of Chilled/Frozen Poultry, Beef and Lamb into portions.
- To daily clean production floor, drainage lines, utensils and equipment’s.
- Complete production task effectively with in the given period and based on production orders.
- Willingness to work in day and night shifts flexible schedule and for extended hours (overtime).
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
- Willing to work in cold environment Cold store (-18 Degree Centigrade), Chiller (5 Degree Centigrade), Processing area (15 Degree Centigrade).
- Perform any other assignments as required by the Shift In-charge or Production Supervisor.
Requirements for Role of Processing Associates
- Minimum 10th Grade/High School.
- 1 year of relevant experience.
