Private Establishment & Licensing Inspector at Dubai Sports Council will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations related to licensing, permit and operational requirements. There is no gender restrictions for this job. Both males and females can apply.

About the Role

• Participate in confirming the commitment of private sports clubs and academies to authentic sports values within the systems & charter of conduct in Dubai sports clubs.
• Ensuring the implementation of regulations issued by national and international federations.
• Issuing official approvals for no-objection certificates for licensing the establishment of private clubs in the Emirate of Dubai within the specified requirements, specifications and standards.
• Issuing official approvals for no-objection certificates for licensing the establishment of private clubs in the Emirate of Dubai within the specified requirements, specifications and standards.
• Issuing official approvals for no-objection certificates & licensing physical and sports halls that include equipment & trainers in Emirate of Dubai.
• Participate in monitoring operations on sports halls , health clubs, & all sports activities to ensure that they adhere to licensing conditions.
• Ensure that clubs do not engage in any non-sporting activities that deviate from activities specified in the license.
• Take legal measures against the violating clubs.

Requirements of Private Establishment & Licensing Inspector

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years prior experience in similar role.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Fluent in English.
• Sports Exerciser.
