EDGE Group is actively hiring qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of a Principal Draughtsman. The selected candidate will be assigned to work at HALCON Company (subsidiary of EDGE Group). Responsibilities of Principal Draughtsman

• Data pack support on the mechanical production of the various HALCON products.
• Assist Engineering with modelling, detailing of sub components.
• Design tools and support equipment for production and test facility.
• Creation of library components and maintaining a library.
• Mentoring and assisting juniors with Creo’s and Windchill.
• Leads mechanical drafting efforts, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
• Play a key role in overseeing the creation of mechanical drawings, supporting project goals, and maintaining quality standards in line with industry requirements.
• Maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with other departments to support successful project execution.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Principal Draughtsman (Mechanical) are as under:

• Relevant Mechanical or Electronic qualification.
• Degree, diploma or technical certificate.
• At least 10 years of related experience in the Engineering industry.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Good command of English language.
• Valid UAE Driving license (manual vehicle) due to operational requirement.
• Strong communication skills.
