Primary PE Teacher – GEMS Metropole School, Al Waha, Dubai

GEMS Metropole School in Al Waha, Dubai is looking for an energetic Primary PE Teacher to deliver physical education across the primary school. The ideal candidate will promote active lifestyles, sportsmanship and physical literacy among young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver PE lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Develop students’ fundamental movement skills, coordination and fitness
• Organise intra-school sports competitions and inter-school fixtures
• Promote healthy lifestyles and positive attitudes towards physical activity
• Lead extra-curricular sports clubs and after-school activities
• Assess student progress against national curriculum PE standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science or a related field
• PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching PE at primary level
• Coaching qualifications in at least one sport
• First Aid certification is desirable

Salary and Benefits

• Tax-free salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month
