Primary Inclusion Learning Support Assistant – Sunmarke School, Dubai
Sunmarke School in Dubai is hiring a Primary Inclusion Learning Support Assistant to support students with additional needs in the primary phase. This role works closely with class teachers and the inclusion team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN in primary
- Implement intervention plans designed by the SENDCO
- Support students with social skills, behaviour and academic access
- Assist class teachers with differentiation and resource preparation
- Maintain progress records and communicate with the inclusion team
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Education, Psychology or Child Development
- Experience working with SEN students in a primary school
- Knowledge of ASD, ADHD, dyslexia support strategies
- Patient, empathetic and child-focused
Salary and Benefits
- Tax-free salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month
- Visa sponsorship and medical insurance
