Primary Homeroom Teachers – GEMS Metropole School, Motor City, Dubai

GEMS Metropole School in Motor City, Dubai is hiring multiple Primary Homeroom Teachers for the upcoming academic year. These positions are ideal for dedicated primary educators who can deliver the British National Curriculum and provide excellent pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Homeroom Teacher for a primary class, delivering core subjects including English, Maths, Science and Topic
• Plan differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Assess and report on student progress in line with school assessment policies
• Provide pastoral support and maintain regular communication with parents
• Contribute to extra-curricular activities and school events

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a core primary subject
• PGCE, QTS, B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
• Minimum 2 years of primary teaching experience in a British curriculum school
• Knowledge of the English National Curriculum at KS1 and KS2
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits

• Tax-free salary: AED 10,000 – 16,000 per month
