Primary EAL/ELL Teacher – Sunmarke School, Dubai
Sunmarke School, part of Fortes Education in Dubai, is seeking a Primary EAL/ELL Teacher to support English language learners in the primary school. This role is essential for helping students develop the English skills they need to fully access the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted EAL/ELL support to primary students
- Work with class teachers to differentiate for EAL learners
- Assess and track EAL student language development
- Develop resources and intervention programmes for language acquisition
- Communicate with parents about their child’s language progress
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Applied Linguistics or TESOL
- PGCE, QTS or CELTA/DELTA qualification
- Minimum 2 years EAL teaching experience at primary level
- Strong understanding of language acquisition theory
Salary and Benefits
- Tax-free salary: AED 10,000 – 16,000 per month
