Pricing Senior Specialist Etihad Rail Abu Dhabi

The Pricing Senior Specialist at Etihad Rail will work closely with the Head of Revenue Management to formulate and execute pricing strategies. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of pricing principles and market dynamics. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize revenue for our passenger train services.

Responsibilities of Pricing Senior Specialist

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive pricing strategies aligned with revenue goals and market conditions.
• Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor pricing to inform strategy.
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools to assess pricing sensitivity, customer behavior, and revenue performance.
• Generate reports and insights to inform pricing decisions.
• Monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide recommendations to the Head of Revenue Management for adjustments based on competitive insights.
• Collaborate with the Head of Revenue Management and other team members to align pricing strategies with overall revenue management goals.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects related to revenue optimization.
• Execute pricing changes and updates in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely implementation of pricing strategies.
• Contribute to the development of accurate revenue forecasts.
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators related to pricing and revenue management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in pricing strategies and systems.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and innovations in pricing.

Requirements of Pricing Senior Specialist

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience

• Proven experience with 5+years in a pricing role, preferably in the transportation or travel industry.
