Pricing Appraiser Al Futtaim Automotive UAE

Al-Futtaim Group is currently seeking a dedicated and results driven Pricing Appraiser to join Al-Futtaim Automotive in UAE. The role is required to provide accurate Used Cars purchase prices based on market conditions and company strategy.

Job Duties of Pricing Appraiser

• Check appraisal report and validate refurbishment cost.
• Determine vehicle sales channel according to car conditions, brands standards and market demand.
• Use relevant data to define Used car purchase prices.
• Review stock levels by model to determine stock coverage and price accordingly.
• Provide accurate Used Car purchase price to sales executives and buyers within defined SLA.
• Track and analyse competitor market prices and continuously update the central used cars pricing data base
• Cooperate with estimator / buyer / sales executives and ensure the right price and gross margin for the car/deal is provided.

Job Requirements For Pricing Appraiser

The eligibility requirements for Pricing Appraiser are as under.

Qualification

• School leaving certificate.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience as  in Automotive.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Good knowledge of the UAE used car market models & prices.
• Good understanding of how to value a car based on market, mechanical & body conditions.
• Ability to buy or sell vehicles.
• Analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Office Skills.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
