Responsibilities of Segment Sales LeaderĀ 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for end-user customers.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the end-user market segment, expanding the customer base and driving customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and other relevant metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to anticipate customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Involved in the direct sales process by managing new and existing accounts of regional, national, or strategic significance.
  • Grow profitable sales within the Power Systems accounts by securing order targets and maximizing direct (& indirect) revenue.

Requirements For Power Systems Sales Leader

The eligibility requirements for the role of Segment Sales Leader Power Systems are as under:

  • Electrical Engineering degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in projects and systems sales.

Desired Skills & Knowledge

  • English Language proficiency (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a leadership role within the end-user market segment.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
