They are currently recruiting for a PMO Tools Specialist (6 Months extendable contract) for their prestigious end client based in Dubai, UAE. 

Responsibilities of PMO Tools Specialist

• Utilize Project Server Event Management, comprehend Project Server DB, and execute customization using CSOM & JSOM.
• Implement Project Server and SharePoint workflows to streamline project processes.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Communicate effectively with different stakeholders in various departments.
• Utilize MS PowerApps and Flows to develop custom solutions for PMO
• PowerApps Development:
• Create custom business applications using PowerApps, tailoring solutions to specific project requirements.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience within Project Online and SharePoint Online.
• Power Automate (Flows) Expertise:
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline and optimize business processes related to project management.
• Integrate Power Automate with Project Online and SharePoint Online to automate repetitive tasks, notifications, and data updates for projects.
• Power Virtual Agent.
• OpenAI integration
• Power Automate Responsibilities:
• Task Automation. 
• Automate repetitive PMO tasks, Utilize Flows or built- in Analytics
• Utilize Power BI for advanced data visualization and reporting.
• Understanding of Reporting Schemas in Project Online.
• Develop Business Intelligence Reports using Power BI & SSRS.
• Support for SSIS packages.

Requirements of PMO Tools Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years proven experience with all the above JD.
• Experience working in tool team of PM and PMO Project management Team.
• Experience with implementation & support experience of Microsoft latest technologies like Copilot, Project Online & Project Server.
• Experience working with OpenAI and chat bots.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Virtual Agent.
• Experience working with SQL Server, Queries and DB operations, to support team.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Knowledge about project management processes methodologies and pain areas.
• Knowledge of automating Project management processes and technically support.
• Expertise in SharePoint App Framework development, SharePoint Designer, and SharePoint debugging.
• Proficient in Project Online & SharePoint PowerShell cmdlets and HTML.
