Jumeirah Group presently has a job opening for eligible candidate for position of a Play Attendant (Kids Club). The aspiring candidate will work at Kids Club at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai (subsidiary of Jumeirah Group). Job Purpose of A Play Attendant

Provide engaging and safe recreational activities for kids, guests ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay at the resort.

Duties of A Play Attendant

• Provide a fun, exciting, interactive, and educational environment for children at the Kids Club
  to ensure a happy and wholesome experience.
• Conduct all Club sessions and activities according to the Kids Club concept in a positive and professional manner so that all children are comfortable and engaged with the Club’s programs.
• Leading recreational and educational activities considering children’s age groups and interests, reception, Birthdays Parties, Events, and other activities.
• Support and comfort children while temporarily separated from their parents and assure parents their children will be attended with the utmost safety and concern.
• Always supervise activities to ensure children are having a fun time in a controlled and safe environment.
• Resolve occasional fights between children and address behavioral issues as deemed necessary.
• Perform first aid or take care of injuries as deemed necessary.
• File the incidents reports and
  inform the immediate reporting manager and parents.
• Provide Personalized childcare services ( baby-sitting and toddler’s daytime service) as deemed necessary.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• High School Diploma.

Experience

• 2-3 years of 5* luxury previous experience.

Skills Desired

• Proficient in spoken and written business English.
• Effective communication skills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels.
