Responsibilities

  • Keep HVAC, plumbing, and pool systems running smooth.
  • Check plant rooms and gear daily for issues.
  • Handle pool chemicals safely, keeping water just right.
  • Do preventive fixes on boilers, pumps, and chillers.
  • Monitor pool pH and chlorine to meet safety rules.
  • Jump on urgent maintenance calls quick.
  • Log all work, chemicals, and parts used.

Requirements
