Planogram & Assortment Optimization Officer at Sharjah Coop in 464 Sheikh Humaid Bin Saqr Al Qassimi St, Al Yarmook , Halwan Suburb, Sharjah UAE will coordinate with the visibility and space planning team to translate the planogram and assortment strategic vision into store specific and prototypical floorplans considering a brand image, space allocation, category adjacencies, item placement and customer experience. Responsible for all administrative tasks of the planogram and assortment section. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-17000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with visibility and space planners to provide fact-based recommendations on space reallocation to resolve conflicting requests between departments.
• Develop and maintain effective, positive working relationships with members of cross-functional teams (Sourcing & Merchandise, Marketing, and Operations) Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices, and develop knowledge.
• Ensure documentation data entry process and all department’s tasks are completed in line with Sharjah co-op policies and procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of information before entering the concerned system to avoid data inconsistency.
• Work closely with the visibility team, starting from collecting information and requirements to improve assortment decisions.
• Prepare & maintain periodical reports which provide well-informed information on planogram and assortment tasks, problems/potential problems, results of efforts, and recommendations for corrections.
• Conduct continuous research on the up-to-date approaches and techniques, methods, tools to implement best practices in work.
• Assist the team members in any other tasks that may arise as required.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements for Role of Planogram & Assortment Optimization Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience with Assortment Strategies, Retail experience, Assortment Optimization and Optimization.
