Job Description

Planning & Reporting Manager at Al Masaood is required to support the Aftersales Director by overseeing the creation of dashboards, validating reports, liaising with principals, and actively participating as the Aftersales representative in the ERP implementation project. Additionally, candidate is tasked with managing the telesales team, ensuring they have access to accurate reports to effectively capture upselling opportunities. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Planning & Reporting Manager

  • Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to provide real-time insights into Aftersales performance metrics, including sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.
  • Report Validation: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports generated for Aftersales operations, conducting thorough data analysis and verification processes to identify discrepancies and rectify errors promptly.
  • Principal Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and collaboration with principals, facilitating effective partnerships and addressing any Aftersales-related issues or concerns.
  • ERP Implementation: Actively participate in the ERP implementation project, representing the Aftersales department’s requirements and ensuring seamless integration of systems to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Telesales Team Management: Lead and oversee the telesales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to effectively capture upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth analysis of Aftersales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating findings into actionable insights and strategies to enhance overall performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine Aftersales processes, procedures, and systems to streamline operations, improve productivity, and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, particularly the IT department. To address Aftersales-related IT requirements and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and implement mechanisms for tracking and measuring Aftersales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Regularly reporting findings to the Aftersales Director and senior management. To create an accountability matrix by business plan review through a balanced scorecard methodology for Aftersales.

  • QHSE and OSH policy implementation: Identify potential risks and challenges impacting Aftersales operations and proactively. Propose implement mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead in QHSE Risk Management activities within their department. Ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe and appropriate for the betterment of the operation. Also, the necessary procedures, rules, and regulations design to achieve this are formulate, publish, and apply.
  • Self-Management Responsibilities
  • Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the Aftersales Senior Management. To ensure that the goals are achieve during the course of the year.
  • Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them. With the Aftersales Senior Management and HoDs, to ensure that the required training is arrange and attend.
  • Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency in all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
  • Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and professional growth.

Requirements for Role of Planning & Reporting Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in planning, financial analysis, reporting, or a related field.
