Al Tayer Group is currently looking for a Personal Shopper who will be responsible to initiate and drive a specialist and personalised selection for exclusive customers and contribute to maximise customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This is a mid level, full time role requiring sufficient experience in retail.
Responsibilities of Personal Shopper
- Understanding the unique preferences and desires of high-end customers and recommending a curated selection of luxury products to assist them in making informed and stylish purchasing decisions.
- Analyzing the shopping behaviors of discerning customers, offering a superior standard of customer service through a highly personalized approach that caters to their luxury preferences.
- Fostering and nurturing relationships with key luxury customers by providing them with exclusive previews of new luxury arrivals.
- Access to premium promotions, and invitations to upscale events and activities hosted by Ounass.
- Offering insights into the preferences and desires of luxury customers, helping the buying team curate an opulent selection of products that meet the demands of the high-end market.
- Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding customers’ personal information.
- Ensuring that this data is strictly used for Ounass’s exclusive service, adhering to the strictest data protection standards.
- Keeping the database of exclusive luxury customers meticulously maintained and up-to-date.
- Encompassing all relevant information to provide a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
- Developing, growing, and solidifying relationships with luxury customers.
- Contributing to the expansion of the Ounass Personal Shopping customer database, including referrals and the establishment of long-lasting, loyal clientele.
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing high-end market trends and the strategies of competitors.
- Ensure Ounass remains at the forefront of luxury online retail, providing customers with the latest and most exclusive luxury offerings.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Personal Shopper are as under:
- Education/Certification and Continued Education.
- High School or “O” Levels.
- 3-5 years retail experience of premium/lifestyle brands.
