Emirates NBD is presently recruiting suitably qualified and skilled candidate for the role of Personal Banking Advisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for is to provide expert financial advice and services to clients, enhancing customer relationships and supporting their personal banking needs. Candidates desirous for this role should submit their resume to begin with the application process.

Responsibilities of Personal Banking Advisor

  • Provide speedy resolution to customer needs and requests
  • Advise customers on bank’s products and processes
  • Advise suitable products to walk-in customers
  • Convert maximum customer interactions into successful sales
  • Advise suitable products to existing customers to deepen relationship
  • Increase products per customer
  • Check applications thoroughly to avoid any rejection or discrepancy
  • Minimize discrepancies (under permissible limits)
  • Follow up on applications esp with exceptions, to follow  laid down turnaround times (TAT)
  • Comply with relevant processes, procedures and controls

Requirements of Personal Banking Advisor

  • A  degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in similar role.
