Job Description
Mashreq Bank is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Personal Banking Advisor (Call Center Agent). Responsibilities of Call Center Agent
- Interact with customers over the phone to understand their banking needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to achieve customer loyalty.
- Resolve problems over the telephone on the spot.
- Convert sales opportunities in order to meet financial targets.
- Clarify and explain procedures and products over the telephone.
- Capture and report customer feedback towards continual product development.
Requirements of Call Center Agent
- University Graduate (preferably with some finance / banking or math’s component).
- 2 years of experience in similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Bilingual
- Very customer focused.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Operates in a call center environment where the interface with customers is over the phone.
- Operates within standard rules & guidelines set by the bank and additional ones set by and unique to the direct banking.
