An exciting opportunity has been announced by Louzan Group for the job role of Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (female) in Ajman. Candidate will provide comprehensive admin support to CEO. Job holder will pivotal in ensuring efficient management of the CEO’s time, handling travel arrangements, managing complex schedules. Candidate will expected to be comfortable with travel and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Having the job autonomy, the PA will be responsible of ensuring smooth functioning of the CEO office, able to optimize the efficiency of current practices, unleash  potential to make necessary changes and impact the culture positively.

Responsibilities of Personal Assistant

  • Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s daily, weekly and monthly schedule, including setting up meetings, appointments and conference calls.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and itineraries, including flights, accommodation and transportation.
  • Be prepare to travel with the CEO as required.
  • Communication: Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls and postal mail.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, edit and prepare reports, presentations and other documents as needed.
  • Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Organize meeting logistics, prepare meeting materials and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and dealings.
  • Personal Errands: Assist with personal errands and tasks as requested by the CEO.
  • Additional Duties: Must be flexible and adaptable, taking on any additional duties as assigned by the management team that may be necessary to support the success of the company in addition to their core responsibilities.
  • Adherence to Guidelines: Must also adhere to all company rules, guidelines and processes, ensuring that they are follow at all times.

Requirements for Role of Personal Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a PR role.
