Charterhouse is currently working with a Business Consultancy firm in the DIFC, who is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to CEO for their professional team. This is a great opportunity to take on a varied role, working closely with and supporting the CEO, as well as assisting the office manager with other administration related tasks.
Responsibilities Of Personal Assistant to CEO
- Personal Assistant to the CEO, this role will take on a variety of tasks whilst working within a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities will be divided between personal and business tasks including diary, email management, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and conference calls.
- Making of complex travel arrangements.
- In addition, this role book meetings, organise and attend the meetings ensuring the preparation of CEO.
- The candidate is responsible to take minutes and ensure all professional appointments are completed in time.
- The Personal Assistant will carry out specific projects, research & play role in decision making, therefore, the candidate must be assertive, forward thinking and a strong decision maker.
- Occasionally, this role may requires travelling & also provide assistance during presentations, therefore, the employee must be ready to travel as per request.
Requirements Of Personal Assistant to CEO
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, communications or related field.
- The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years PA experience.
- Experience of using all Microsoft Programs.
Skills And Abilities Desired
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal as well as excellent knowledge of the UAE.
- Ability to work one-on-one as well as within a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional IT Skills.
