Real Estate industry in Khaleej times are looking for a confident, experienced and well spoken candidate to act as an Administrator cum Personal Assistant to the CEO. To provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CEO’s working life and communication. This vacancy was announced by the Khaleej Times on February 02, 2024. Responsibilities of Personal Assistant
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and all internal/external communications
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information and HR matters.
Requirements of Personal Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience of 1-2 years in Assistant role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Excellent Communication Skills – Written and Verbal (fluent in English)
- Smart, assertive, and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work on extended hours
- Can work under pressure
- Must be a team player
- Keeping records of client
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS software.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
