Duties of Performing Arts Director

Lead, manage, co ordinate, maintain, develop, monitor and evaluate the progress made for children within their specialist area.
Make a full contribution to ensuring high expectations and standards in all aspects of school life with a particular focus on student well being, pastoral care, and enrichment programs.
Work flexibly in supporting the day to day organization and management of the school.

Job Requirements of Performing Arts Director

Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
Minimum 3 year experience in similar role.
Have proven experience of teaching innovation and research in a leadership position, or have experience in a similar role.
