Performance & Monitoring Specialist Abu Dhabi Ports UAE

Abu Dhabi Ports presently has a job opening for an eligible candidate for position of a Performance & Monitoring Specialist. The selected candidate will ensure Maritime Cluster, Business Units operations activities are carried out incompliance with Local, National and International regulations, ensure the readiness of Maritime Cluster and its business units as per SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW95, ISPS, ISO and other related regulations, and 3rd party requirements.

Duties of A Performance & Monitoring Specialist

• Ensure Maritime Cluster and its business units are meeting the legal requirements & regulations and complying with AD Ports HSE Management System.
• Liaise with Abu Dhabi Ports Corporate HSE and identify legal requirement.
• Set a mechanism to collect & monitor performance of HSE objectives and KPI’s results and maintain their records across all business units.
• Ensure implementation of IMS, HSE Policies and any other related.
• Maintain updated record of Risk Assessments, process across the business units.
• Prepare updated annual audit plan (internal & External) and conduct required internal audit across the business units.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of Performance & Monitoring Specialist are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree, HSE or Marine Recommended.
• 3-5 years experience in relevant field.

Skills Desired

• Knowledge of IMO Conventions, ISM Code, ISPS Code and ISO9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
