IFZA on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Executive specializing in SEM, you’ll be at the forefront of their digital advertising efforts. You’ll manage and optimize campaigns, analyze data, and uncover insights to fuel their business growth. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 8000 AED to 20000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Performance Marketing Executive

  • SEM Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to achieve performance goals.
  • Social Media Advertising: Strategise and execute digital campaigns across different channels by identifying where the key target audience spends time.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact search terms.
  • Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets across various platforms and report back on ROI.
  • Bid Management: Strategically adjust bids to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on SEM/SM performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Collaborate with web teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors’ SEM efforts and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates.
  • ROI Focus: Focus on achieving a positive return on investment (ROI) for all SEM activities.
  • Testing and Experimentation: Implement and track experiments to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ad Platform Expertise: Be proficient in using SEM platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Baidu Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex and others.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SEM strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Maintain industry certifications and stay current with best practices in SEM.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Performance Marketing Executive are as under:

  • Certified/ Qualified in Digital Marketing or related subjects preferred. 
  • 3-4 years of proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Executive specializing in SEM or similar. 
  • Prior experience with SEM. 

Skills Desired

  • Full English proficiency is required
  • Additional spoken languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
  • Proficient in using web analytics tools and ad serving tools
  • Good knowledge of target markets and competitors.
