IFZA is actively seeking to hire suitable candidate for role of Performance Marketing Executive in Dubai. The selected candidate will manage and optimize campaigns, analyze data, and uncover insights to fuel business growth.

Responsibilities of Performance Marketing Executive

  • Create, manage, and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to achieve performance goals.
  • Strategise and execute digital campaigns across different channels by identifying where the key target audience spends time.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact search terms.
  • Write compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets across various platforms and report back on ROI.
  • Strategically adjust bids to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on SEM/SM performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with web teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
  • Monitor competitors’ SEM efforts and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates.
  • Focus on achieving a positive return on investment (ROI) for all SEM activities.
  • Implement and track experiments to optimize campaign performance.
  • Be proficient in using SEM platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Baidu Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex and others.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SEM strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Maintain industry certifications and stay current with best practices in SEM.

Requirements for Role of Performance Marketing Executive

The requirements for role of Performance Marketing Executive are as under:

  • Certified/ Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related subjects preferred. 
  • 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Executive specializing in SEM or similar. 
  • Prior experience with SEM .

Skills Desired

  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Additional spoken languages are a plus. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. 
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office.
  • Proficient in using web analytics tools and ad serving tools. 
  • Good knowledge of target markets and competitors.
