Job Purpose of a Performance Analyst

Carry out analysis of various aspects of CAFU performance in order to improve the efficiency effectiveness & decision making process.

Job Duties of A Performance Analyst

• Analyse and fully understand the Verticals Operating Procedure.
• Data Input / data warehouse pull (AWS).
• Business related performance (revenue, order growth), funnel analysis, customer analysis, KPIs and targets.
• SQL, Power BI, Tableau or Google data studio.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for performance optimization.
• Conduct market research to gather data and insights on industry trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape.
• Analyse market data to identify new business opportunities, market segments and customer preferences.
• Monitor, analyze and report on vertical performance, including service delivery times and operational productivity metrics.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and issues in operations.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, reports and dashboards.
• Conduct load testing and capacity planning exercises for current services.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to performance optimization.

Eligibility Criteria?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or business management related field.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in similar role.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Ability to use AWS and write basic code to pull data from the warehouse for analysis.
• Ability to solve problems & make decisions.
• Proactive approach & creative mindset.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self motivated, independent & with strong organizational & time management skills.
