Job Description
The People Services Executive at BFL Group is responsible for providing guidance, support and recommendations to the HR department, stores and internal employees with regards to employee services matters. The ideal candidate will play an important role in providing exceptional support to employees, fostering a positive workplace environment and contributing to the overall success of organization.
Responsibilities of People Services Executive
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits and other related matters.
- Processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the system management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the Human Resources Information System.
- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist employees with benefits enrolment, changes and inquiries.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate administration of employee benefits.
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization’s compliance.
- Support HR and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR members to address employee concerns and grievances.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
- Develop strategies and implement changes that improve job knowledge and efficiency.
Requirements for Role of People Services Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of related working experience in human resource administration supporting organizations with large staff population is essential.
- Retail experience is a plus.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Excellent oral, written, and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally.
- Familiarity with region’s labor rules and regulations.
